These are increasingly hard to find. So much mail in recent years has been franked with postage meters that the task of accumulating nice condition used USA High Values continues to be a challenge. The retail prices noted above are from the current Brookman catalog. We have found their pricing to be much more reflective of the market than the Scott prices which are often too low based on availability etc.
